Delete your account

You can delete your Aysar account yourself, from inside the app, at any time. Here is how, and what happens next.

From inside the app

  1. Open the app, then go to «My profile».
  2. Choose «Safety», then «Delete account».
  3. Read what will happen, then confirm with your password.

Your account is deleted the moment you confirm.

What happens

  • Your profile, answers and photos are deleted.
  • Your matches end and your conversations close.
  • You will not be able to sign in again with this account.

What is kept

Two things, and only these: any report already filed about you, and the record that you accepted the terms. Both are required of us, and neither is shown to anyone.

Cannot open the app?

Write to the support address shown inside the app, from the address you registered with, and ask for your account to be deleted.

If we closed your account

An account closed for a violation cannot be deleted by its owner. Write to support if you believe that was a mistake.
